The pick up location was AWESOME! These guys would have built me the triler I reserved if they had enough time...they ROCKED!!! However, U-Haul did a bait-n-switch. However, I was told I would be given a motorcycle trailer by the U-Haul in Twin Falls, ID when I reserved it and U-Haul Corporate said the same thing. They did not give me the trailer I requested but I had to take the only one they had on the lot. They either lied when I reserved it or the customer service is negligent in their product knowledge.
