Gate was locked when trying to deliver first time then UHAUL said they would compensate me for the mistake made and instead they overcharged me, how pathetic.

Nothing, to improve in my impression The place manager/owner's attention, Justin, is over the top. He's a gentleman and takes care of the customer. I had to extend equipment, no issues & returning it, Justin took the equipment out of the truck himself. The attention desk area is clean & well organized. Best experience so far with U-Haul.
