Pick up location was recommended by your agent and was not open on Saturday morning as advertised; self service is a tedious process for the elderly and should be taken into consideration when recommended; this also cost more than the original plan of pickup/ delivery;; last agent was not helpful at all in explaining drop off process, if all your agents do is direct customer to online app for help, what is their purpose? Have had much better experiences in the past.
