The air conditioner quit working while using the truck. I called the employee when on my way to return. Yes it was almost closing time but the employee did not act like she wanted to wait the couple extra minutes for the return. Although I made it with 2 minutes to spare. Was never offered a discount over the faulty equipment. Not very professional if you ask me.
