Great helpful staff at Brian Doby Shell in Burlington NC.. The truck was not clean (The Cab)and the transmission kept falling in and out of gear. Luckily I did not travel over 35 mph or be on the interstate. U-Haul as a company has not cared much about appearance or maintenance of their equipment. I’m a loyal customer of Brian Doby . They can’t help what corporate sends to their location. Penske trucks are better but they are limited on locations in our area. When I drove up to my location people laugh at the condition of the truck and they use rock paper scissors to figure out who had ride with me in the truck.. We had 10 deliveries but our clients were just happy to receive furniture from our volunteers. Bottom line for U-Haul you have fine people running’s your location like Brian Doby just invest in some better equipment..

MATTHEW LMake sure there is gas in the truck. I didn’t even look at the gas gauge when I picked up the truck. It was empty. I just did make it to a gas station. Other than that I was very satisfied with my rental and customer service was great! I will definitely be a return customer and would recommend you to others.
