My UHaul application wouldnt work 100%. I had to call to ensure I could drop off the vehicle in a correct manner. The app gave me 3 steps and never let me chose or provide a location. A representative did help me figure everything out in the end but the application wasn't much help. This location was FULLY packed with Uhaul vehicles and trailers would 100% recommend as a pickup location but not so much as a drop off
