Provide free furniture blankets
jason bNot sure if it was location or U-Haul policy. The trailer did not have the correct electrical hook ups and was required to buy an adapter. This raised the overall rental cost by 50%. There also was way to many up selling while checking in. The location I originally rented did not have trailers was redirected several miles away. While in route to get the trailer there were at least two other U-Haul locations. I also would have be nice to be able to return to the original location
