The ramp was unusable on the truck I got and I did not realize it until I got to my pickup location. I think this should be checked by representatives every time the truck is returned.
WHITNEY MI believe his name is Chris, but whoever checked me in was amazing and so helpful during this stressful moving process. As a single mother it really helps when nice people ease a stressful period. Please ensure my “Thank you” is conveyed!!! Hopefully, I won’t be moving anytime soon, but if so I will be sure to use U-haul again in the future.
