The Uhaul business is very important to me and others from time to time, and we would like to know that we can rely on a smooth process. Please have us customers fill out all necessary documents and other information before hand, preferably at the time of reservation other than at the time of truck rental pickup. My last experience costed me precious time. But you guys do have very good customer service! I commend them and very happy with how they resolved my issues. Also, the first location was not satisfactory. The other location was VERY good! Please have more vehicles at this location as they seem to have a lot of customers that they would be better off serving than my original location.
