RICHARD CU-Haul changed my pick up location- I called immediately to make sure there was a hand truck and blankets - when we picked up no hand truck and only a few blankets not a pack - person said we could drop anywhere in Chl. Then U-Haul tried to charge 300. - very chaotic- had it been from my usual pickup all would have been fine
