There was no wifi or cell phone service. I had to walk to the road between each question in order to get it to load on my phone. The employee inside would not help and said it had to be done on my phone with no wifi. He did let me know walking to the road would work though.
NICHOLAS SThe mobile check in was ridiculous and cut into my time for using the truck. It took almost an hour to get the keys for the truck. I also was charged even more than what I was supposed to. I should be refunded for all the hassle that shouldn't have occurred when moving.
