The van was not clean inside (the front or back), and check in was very very slow (even though I had done all of the check in online in advance). This was the second time I have rented from this location, and it was the same experience both times.
Melissa L1. There is no vehicle # on the car, took 20mins to find the correct vehicle with live chat 2. Locker is old and very difficult to open, too another 15mins to open it 3. Car seat is full of dust
REX LIt's hilarious but the safe box where I put back the key was to high and hard to get the code ok, specially at night, other than that all OK
JUAN RCar was bit dirty inside and out, not a problem for me this time but. Also the strong smell of cigarette give me a hard time Everything was ok
