Our experience at this U-Haul with Chris was awful… awfully amazing that is!! As a 54-year-old that has watched customer service decline rapidly over the years. It was such a breath of fresh air to walk into the Burnaby South side storage U-Haul location, and be greeted by one of the most upbeat people I’ve met in a while. Usually when you’re renting a U-Haul, you know you’re in for a long day (and it was) but Chris made the start and end of the day a delightful one. He was extremely professional, funny, and helpful. I really can’t say enough about what a positive experience it was. The U-Haul truck was also in great condition. Big stars all around for this location and mostly for Chris. I’d highly recommend this location to anyone!!
