Staff was friendly and helpful. Was confused by the online check-in as it seemed to be available for this location, but the website did not save the driver's license we entered and we had to finish the process in person.

Top-drawer service from Rose when I rented a U-Haul cargo van at Burnaby South Self Storage on Greenall Ave in Burnaby: fast, efficient, courteous, thoroughly professional. I’d rent from this location again in a heartbeat and would strongly recommend the place to others.
