Picked up a 10' truck at 9:00AM, no waiting, no other customers. They even had room for me to leave my car in their parking lot while I was out with the truck. Their representative cleaned the inside and outside of the windshield for me, which really helped with visibility. Best experience yet in renting a truck, and I've rented dozens from other locations before.

We'd booked for 11:30 am pick up. We called that morning to see if we could pick up @ 11am, and we told yes. We got there at 11am, and had to wait for 30 mins in the parking lot, while we called inside (the doors were locked)...we called about 20 times. After 30 mins, a worker let us in, and said he was in a meeting with the "bosses". So, they were upstairs the whole time, while we were calling, and occasionally honking to get anyone's attention. It was very frustrating and completely unprofessional. Had we been told on the phone, that we had to wait until 11:30...we would have been fine. But after I told the person on the phone, "I live right up the hill, I'll be there in 10 mins"...and to have to wait...?? Bad customer service.

Just wanted to say that there were a few U-haul Neighbouring Dealers closer to me than this one, but according to Yelp, their ratings were rather poor. So, even though I had to go a bit of a distance to get to the one on Greenall Ave, it was absolutely worth it in the end.

The van was not clean on the outside; it would have been difficult to identify pre-existing damage if I hadn't purchased the CDW. The RF tire was different from the other 3 which is something a tire shop would never allow. It's a safety consideration with the idea being that different tires will behave differently under emergency conditions.

Service we received was great. There was only one glitch. I was pressed for time and the interac/visa machine wasn't receiving payment.Aftr inserting 2 different cards repeting process multiple times still working. But we've got the van we needed. So overall was great. But I was set back 20 min.for a my delivery. Alicja from New West.
