the attendant was very rude. we were told one thing then it was changed when we got there.everyone else we dealt with that day was wonderful, except for this owner. very argumentative.

The odometer reading was incorrect; I took used the U-Haul app to take a pic and typed in the correct reading. When I returned the van, a young woman who worked at the shop took the keys and said she would tell the boss the van had been returned. 24 four hours later, I still had no receipt, and my order showed I had not returned the van. I called the store. I got the receipt a short time late, but it was incorrect. I was being charged for approximately 30 additional miles- based on the incorrect odometer reading. I called the store again and was told the picture was blurry. I explained that I used their app to take it. Anyway, I was told she would take it with the district manager. I received another receipt for the same amount. I called customer service and explained the situation. In my credit card transactions, there are two amounts I'm being billed for: $85.88 and $26.21. I have no clue what the 26.21 is for. I was issued a refund of $17. 82, but I was still overcharged. Also, while the gas tank needle showed full, I paid for 5 gallons of gas. For the less than 60 miles I drove the van, it should have been about 3 gallons. I feel like I paid for someone else's (someone who works at the shop?) joyride with the van. Disappointed by the lack of transparency with the vendor. I will go somewhere else next time.

WILLIAM MThis company has been a supplier for U-Haul for 15 years. You would think in a rural area that you would have a light on so you can drop off your vehicle after hours. There is no lights whatsoever so ever. Not for the drop box or pull in for the truck. Not only did I miss the location driving a 26footer they made me bring it back after I called in to extended it for two more days. They call and said they had allocated it for someone else On Sunday. So no this place is unprofessional and sucks. Would never use again
