Very nice for a uhual truck
ZACHARY WIt was fast. Grateful. I appreciated the efficiency of the drop off. It was clean enough, but not inviting. Not really expecting a moving place to be inviting. I felt that I was interrupting rather than inviting. But they did a great job, I was in a hurrying and I was in the road quickie than I expected.

From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. It’s rare these days to encounter someone who immediately makes you feel valued as a customer, and that was exactly my experience. They went well above and beyond what was required—taking the time to clearly explain my rental options, ensuring everything was set up correctly, and proactively addressing details that could have easily been overlooked. Their knowledge, patience, and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful process smooth and efficient. Nothing felt rushed, and every question was handled with care and respect. Customer service like this reflects extremely well on U-Haul as a company. This employee is an asset to the organization and represents the brand with professionalism, friendliness, and integrity. I would not hesitate to return to this location specifically because of the excellent service provided, and I hope their efforts are recognized and appreciated.
