I selected Rapps because I can walk to and from the location in about 40 minutes, which is a big help. This is my fourth time dropping off a truck and travel trailer at Rapps in the past six months (I am undertaking a major move from Florida to Western Pennsylvania). They have been extremely accommodating when I drop off a car transport trailer and then the truck after I unload it a few days later. They are quick to process the return, and they are very friendly and helpful when I have to leave the truck for pickup the next day. I certainly will rent a UHaul from them if I need one after I complete my move. I also would not hesitate to take them my bicycle, even my high-end bike, based on the quality of their UHaul work.

Cheryl MI have used Rapps Bicycle Center & U-Haul 5 times in the past 10 years. Their service, attention to detail and overall customer appreciation cannot be beat. There are a half dozen or more U-Haul choices in my town. I choose Rapps because they are the best!
