I called U-Haul to let them know I found a closer location and was informed there would be a surcharge (drop discount) if I took somewhere else. Drop off was nice but what a pain having to go 20 miles wrong direction before I could go home.DAVID R.

I frequently rent 2 wheel tow dollies, by far one of the most useful things in uhaul system. My local dealer in Butler and Grove City Pa are quick and easy to deal with!JEFF K.

From the start this was a train wreck. Go to the physical store to inquire about a truck was told they had one available, attendant starts processing the payment and then decided there is not a truck available. I was directed to call 1-800-GOUHAUL to find the closest branch for pickup. So go about my way waited 14 minutes on hold to speak with someone and book a truck for pickup AT THE LOCATION I JAD JUST COME FROM! Obtain all instructions and register as instructed I arrived at 5:20 am for my 5:30 am pickup only to find that the website is not working, I call 1-800-GOUHAUL wait for 8 minutes, where I was told that it was because I was late. The woman begin helping me through the process of checking in but ultimately couldn't provide much assistance. Well not until she had figured out that U-Haul agent I spoke with the day before misspelled my last name and that's why nothing was showing on my account despite having confirmation numbers. I was finally on my way at 6:25 am. This whole thing should have been the least stressful part about moving. In the future I can't see using a service that is so overly complicated and where minimal customer service is provided.Ricky H.

We have rented various trailers over the years from this location and have never had a problem! The owner is very knowledgeable and experienced, answers any questions while hooking up the trailer for us, and does business fairly and honestly. We wouldn't go anywhere else!Jenny C.

I tried using uhaul.com to book a truck for pick-up before the business opened. It was a truly awful experience, and was not able to get the truck at 0630! When I went back to the store at 1030, the girl behind the desk honored my previous reservation, and made everything right again!! But trying to book online to pickup before a business opens is something I would never do again; only in person from now on!MICHAEL S.

Truck was in Poor repair. Ignition stuck, wipers did not work and it was not fueled up. Given a $13.50 gas credit for receiving it with less than 1/4 tank. It has a 57 gallon tank! Took $20.00 to get to 1/4. Drove 20 miles and it look another $20 to get it back to 1/4. I told the owner of this location that his math was wrong but he was either too ignorant or dumb to understand. This location is an embarrassment.GEORGE D.

As the move was finishing, the cargo door would not close due to a mechanical malfunction. This was an older vehicle, so maybe more frequent testing is needed.Scott P.

Customer service representative wasn't wearing a COVID19 mask and that made me feel very frightening.LOLLY R.
Problem #1) There was a BIG blue and red "TRUMP 2020" sign plastered on one of the U-Haul truck, as part of Rapp's advertisement for their business. Not only was I reluctant to do business with a company that advertised their political beliefs, but when I approached the door while wearing a mask, I noticed that there was no signage promoting mask-wearing. I was disappointed because I had already paid the deposit and needed a truck for the day. Problem #2) These people do not take precautions for Covid-19. Once inside, I met two employees who were UNMASKED, and through my mask, I noticed a trace of cigarette smoke in the air. When I sanitized my driver's license after they handled it and when I used my own pen to sign the agreement, both employees smirked and rolled their eyes a bit as if they thought that me taking Covid-19 seriously was somehow ridiculous. The rest of the truck rental went smoothly. I used my sanitizing wipes to clean the driver's area of the truck, and I returned the truck as arranged and was charged the correct price for the rental. *Future customers: be forewarned that this establishment does not believe in science and could be a hotbed for spreading the Covid-19 coronavirus!*Heidi R.

The older bald gentlemen was very rude and not welcoming. He had a better than attitude. The Uhaul was filthy and the customer service was terrible not a good experience. Would not recommend this location to anyone.Melinda H.

Online pickup. Horrible experience. it took 2 hrs to complete. my original pickup time was 9am. left at 11:03. the hold time for customer service is totally ridiculous. This could have been accomplished in 10-15 min. horrible...Sharon L.
