I went to this location because the main location in WR did not have a 14 ft truck ! The 20 ft truck I rented at Middle Ga Movers was not even checked in . The guy that rented it to me had to check it in . I asked him where was the gas at ? He said between 1/2 and 5/8. When I got in the truck it was on 1/2 tank . I went back to get him to change it . He had closed . It was 30 minutes before the time he was to close . He knew he checked it in on the wrong gas amount ! I called Uhaul in Columbus Ga to report this so I would not be charged for the gas . Beware of this location ! Always take a picture of the gas and mileage before driving the trucks and after you drop off so you have the proof.
WENDY TI've used their services several times and the results have always been great! Between Thomas and Chris they get the job done with excellent customer service as well. There was an issue with mileage being beyond what was driven but when I tell you Chris handled it(professionally)... he did all the things. He didn't promise the outcomes but that he'll make sure it's valid, correct and fair. He followed up as he had given his word to do, and he rectified the issue fairly. Again, I will always refer the services of the U- haul services from this location and the storage business there as well.
PAMELA STruck was reserved for 7:30 pick-up but no equipment had been assigned to my reservation (previous customer may have returned it after hours). Had to wait until location opened at 9:00. Reserved appliance dolly and blankets not available. Had to get blankets from another location, then call about a dozen locations to locate a dolly. Overall, took over 4 hours to gather all equipment from 3 locations. Truck location employee was very professional.
JOE Rwe were missing a cord for the right blinker.
