Deana SMy comment has nothing to do with this location. I originally RESERVED a 15' truck and a car dolly. I RESERVED these a week in advance. The location I RESERVED these was in Jonesboro, AR. Note I said RESERVED! I received a phone call late the night before I was picking up the truck and told that they DID NOT HAVE MY RESERVED TRUCK AND DOLLY!!! This led to me having to go the wrong direction to pick up a truck over 105 miles away in Cabot, AR. Then drive this LARGER truck over 105 miles to the original location in Jonesboro, AR. Now I understand things happen, but to notify me the night before pickup of this issue, after I reserved a week in advance, was not welcome. Neither was the added fuel expenses I had to incur. I'll reserve the expletives I would use to only say that this was poor customer service.at a minimum. Again, the folks at this Cabot location were great and this does not reflect on them.
