I am disappointed that I couldn’t pick up the vehicle at the location that I chose and was inconvenience to have to go to another town tol get the vehicle. I made my reservation online and will never do that again. I asked if the truck could be delivered to my chosen location and was told it was not possible they dropped the ball as it was there fault they didn’t log this into the correct location.
