I prefer face to face. I made zero contact with the renter. The office was closed and it says to contact them through this number of closed. Did that. The response I recieved was send me a picture of your driver's license and a picture of the trailer set up and I'll fill out the contract. The messages were delayed and I feel had I had a question it wouldn't have been responded to in a timely manner. It just seemed very unprofessional for me. For someone else, it may be fine. Just not my cup of tea.
Kaci S.The location is confusing and unclear. There is no drop box for the keys. There is also no directions as to where to leave the keys. Once I finally found the place. It is behind a locked gate, I had to get in by waiting for someone to come out. I texted, as per the directions on the gate, and no one replied back to help me. This is a horrible place to return!! I still have the key and I have to come back tomorrow! I am very unhappy!
