My trailer did not have the correct wire harness and if I knew the harness was not on the trailer I would have come prepared. And my trailer was given out after I paid for it.

Truck was dirty and wasn’t happy about it. I’ve rented my U-Haul in the past and never had a problem.
Enza PHave someone available to help. Make sure the vehicle has gas before giving it to a customer. Maintain your property so it does looks as sketchy. Seemed very unorganized
Bryce MSomeone should be on site to inspect the equipment being rented out. When I arrived to take the trailer everything was done over the phone, which was fine until I went to hook up the trailer. The passenger rear tire was flat and no one was around to help. I had my husband drive from his work to Canadian Tire to purchase a portable air compressor. I let the contact I spoke to know that this trailer had a flat tire. The tire also had to be inflated once while drive with the vehicle on the trailer.
Sherri DLocation was a house and had no identifiable U Haul markings or banners. Drove right into back yard and no one came out to see what I was doing. Hooked trailer by myself and had to knock on door of house to find someone. Both left side tires were low on air. Had to fill them at local tire shop as location had no equipment. Front axle left tire was 20 pounds. Rear axle left tire was 30 pounds. Specifications on tire say 65 pounds. Returned trailer and again, no one came out to look at the trailer. This is not a recognized U haul dealer in my mind and would rather drive to Brampton to actual U haul dealer than deal with this location.
