- nobody was there. - no phone number to contact. - I picked up the equipment as per the contract then got a phone call during the day informing me that they thought it had been stolen...there was no indication that I was supposed to phone someone and no phone number provided. - the trailer was extremely heavy to lift for one person. This should have been mentioned and a jack should be set on the trailer so it can be lifted as needed. I asked to rent from MIEDEMA's, where service is good with people on site. This other location on highway 10 is terrible...only bad experience with them. Overall a bad experience, even so I managed to get my work done.

Noh aNo staff on site at time of pickup. Location was an abandoned house that had no signage to indicate that it was a uhaul location until you drive into the strange parking lot behind the house and see the U-Haul vehicles. Knocked on door of house and no one answered. Super strange - you guys should really check who you give these location contracts to.
Luke RI rented a trailer from your location, but the rental process took unusually long—about 20 minutes for the paperwork. Shortly after driving off, I noticed smoke coming from one of the wheels. I returned the trailer within 500 meters of pickup, only to find that the brake on that wheel was completely seized. I returned the trailer within 3–4 minutes. The employee at the location spoke with a representative over the phone and confirmed the malfunction, and I also submitted photos documenting the issue during the check-in process. Despite this, I was still charged for the rental. As this was a clear equipment failure and not my fault, I am requesting a full refund immediately.
