Very sketchy house. Dangerous location with many trip hazards and ditches. Agent was not there at our meeting time I had to figure out the trailer myself. Very bad look for U-Haul
Craig SUhaul person was 20 minuites late.Clean the area, garbage around (office and yard). Yard had dilapidated vehicles parked in grass.It does not present itself professionaly.Trailer ratchets and lift jack were rusted and very difficult to rotate.( i had to spray with lube to use).The person running it when answering the phone number does not indicate the you have called a UHAULdealer, they just answer and say hello.
