although it was a bit better this time, there are still so many basic improvements required. - the heavy trailer still does not have a jack to lift. - there is no lighting in the area, in the middle of nowhere so very difficult to see at times. - the process seems to have been delayed...i only got the email after i have notified the staff that i had not received anything yet, although i had booked several days in advance and still had got nothing till the day of.

How U-Haul Reviews Work- nobody was there. - no phone number to contact. - I picked up the equipment as per the contract then got a phone call during the day informing me that they thought it had been stolen...there was no indication that I was supposed to phone someone and no phone number provided. - the trailer was extremely heavy to lift for one person. This should have been mentioned and a jack should be set on the trailer so it can be lifted as needed. I asked to rent from MIEDEMA's, where service is good with people on site. This other location on highway 10 is terrible...only bad experience with them. Overall a bad experience, even so I managed to get my work done.
Bernard BThe location was difficult to find. They need signage at the road as the vehicles are tucked behind the house.
Paul AMake a big sign of U-HAUL so everyone can see
Noh aNo staff on site at time of pickup. Location was an abandoned house that had no signage to indicate that it was a uhaul location until you drive into the strange parking lot behind the house and see the U-Haul vehicles. Knocked on door of house and no one answered. Super strange - you guys should really check who you give these location contracts to.
