Your service was horrible. Rented a truck for 9 am to move. The lady that was running the desk had no idea how to work the payment machine. We tried 7 different cards. She said none of them worked. Turns out her machine was down and didn’t no what to do. So after being on the phone with haul getting the run around finally we got the truck at 1:30 . We were hours late moving out .

RAMINDER SThe self serve pickup on the app took a long time, some pages never loaded and I had to confirm with the agent on site if I was able to take my rental. Returning the vehicle was easier but it still took several attempts to upload the pictures of the vehicle.
