Charging a after hours fee when, there hours of operation were never explained is insane and I truly didn't appreciate that.

Michael D.The process of picking up the trailer was very time consuming, and the wiring harness was missing from the trailer. This is a gas station, and we had to constantly wait and be interrupted between gas station customers to get through the process - most of which was filled out online. Also, THE RENTER (me) had to move other equipment out of the way just to get to the trailer to pick it up. I should mention that this was the SECOND attempt at trying to rent a trailer in a 24 hour period (ask me about the 1st), and I'm basically finished with UHaul unless it's an absolute LAST resort.
