The mobile pick-up process is a bit tedious, but I had no other issues whatsoever.

The amount of fuel in the vehicle was way off from what they recorded on the app. As I had the vehicle prior to store opening I took a picture. The store said they could do nothing and I was grossly over charged. As the app states if you over estimate your mileage you will only be charged what you use, I over estimate and did not get any more back. As A result I was also crossly over charged on mileage. I will not be using U-Haul again.

Mostafa FOwner was too quiet and did not speak English very well. Did not understand what questions we had. We just picked up our truck and then called customer service, as this person was essentially useless to us.
