The worst service I have ever experienced renting a vehicle. The woman behind the counter truly didn’t know nor care how to do her job. When discussing dropping the car off, couldn’t confirm she’d be there as she might decide to go home early. The first vehicle she gave us had only 1/8 of a tank of gas! When we asked for a vehicle with more gas, she said the other one had the handbrake on and she didn’t know how to release it (we asked her to try anyways - and she figured it out). When my daughter tried to open the window before we left the parking lot, the handle came off into her hand. There was garbage in the car from the previous renter. Not sure if the vehicle cab has ever been cleaned. Overall - a terrible experience.

The van was dirty, mud on the steps to get into the back of the van. It smelled like someone had maybe been smoking in it. We were to return the van at noon, wanted to drop off a bit earlier, they were to be open at 11. Got there around 11:40, no one was there. So I just put the keys in the lock box.
Michelle WI only drove the Van for 84 km but I was charged for 150 km, my mistake that I didn’t know I should take a photo of the Milage , I thought I can trust the company, but it’s a lesson for next time.

Karim MThe location was a vape shop with the glass door shattered from what appear to be multiple break-ins, in a shopping plaza with a pothole in the parking lot so big that Epcor had to put a hazard sign around it, overgrown grass creating the perfect growth environment for an insane amount of mosquitoes, and some questionable individuals loitering around the Chinese restaurant next door. That said, the young lady who helped us was very sweet and we appreciated her patience and communication.
