The van was dirty, mud on the steps to get into the back of the van. It smelled like someone had maybe been smoking in it. We were to return the van at noon, wanted to drop off a bit earlier, they were to be open at 11. Got there around 11:40, no one was there. So I just put the keys in the lock box.

I only drove the Van for 84 km but I was charged for 150 km, my mistake that I didn’t know I should take a photo of the Milage , I thought I can trust the company, but it’s a lesson for next time.

Karim MThe location was a vape shop with the glass door shattered from what appear to be multiple break-ins, in a shopping plaza with a pothole in the parking lot so big that Epcor had to put a hazard sign around it, overgrown grass creating the perfect growth environment for an insane amount of mosquitoes, and some questionable individuals loitering around the Chinese restaurant next door. That said, the young lady who helped us was very sweet and we appreciated her patience and communication.
Christine EOverall the customer service was good but U-Haul itself was very frustrating by changing the location last minute as well as adjusting the time of my reservation with no warning. Which delayed all of my delivery and pick up times.
