Sharon WThe hidden fees deception for a customer who never used Uhaul before and just saw that "19.95" on Uhaul trucks, and receives $100+ invoice for a 4 hours rental of 10' box truck after returning the truck was one of the worst experiences I ever had! After that I searched and saw legal files and actions in the US and Canada for the same and similar cases against Uhaul. One the most dishonest ways of drip-pricing and bait-and-switch.
