The hidden fees deception for a customer who never used Uhaul before and just saw that "19.95" on Uhaul trucks, and receives $100+ invoice for a 4 hours rental of 10' box truck after returning the truck was one of the worst experiences I ever had! After that I searched and saw legal files and actions in the US and Canada for the same and similar cases against Uhaul. One the most dishonest ways of drip-pricing and bait-and-switch.

The guy in the store doesn’t know anything he was on the phone with someone else I spent half an hour booking truck that I already booked online he canceled mine. I don’t recommend this location because my time was wasted for no reason
Ahmed FThe worst service I have ever experienced renting a vehicle. The woman behind the counter truly didn’t know nor care how to do her job. When discussing dropping the car off, couldn’t confirm she’d be there as she might decide to go home early. The first vehicle she gave us had only 1/8 of a tank of gas! When we asked for a vehicle with more gas, she said the other one had the handbrake on and she didn’t know how to release it (we asked her to try anyways - and she figured it out). When my daughter tried to open the window before we left the parking lot, the handle came off into her hand. There was garbage in the car from the previous renter. Not sure if the vehicle cab has ever been cleaned. Overall - a terrible experience.
Kylie-Jane DThe van was dirty, mud on the steps to get into the back of the van. It smelled like someone had maybe been smoking in it. We were to return the van at noon, wanted to drop off a bit earlier, they were to be open at 11. Got there around 11:40, no one was there. So I just put the keys in the lock box.
Michelle WI only drove the Van for 84 km but I was charged for 150 km, my mistake that I didn’t know I should take a photo of the Milage , I thought I can trust the company, but it’s a lesson for next time.
