Vehicle was very dirty inside the cab. Window was smeared with something, smelt like cigarettes. All vehicles needed a car wash.

Smelled like smoke and dirty in the door pull handle, got goop in my finger nails closing the door, gross. Wish the trucks were full so I don’t keep purchasing too much gas all the time, only had a 1/4 take when rented so added some for my job but it was too much, so feel ripped off.
Glen PGot scammed by these guys ! Terrible experience renting a U-Haul at this location - inexperienced dealer with no knowledge on proper handling on inspections for U-Haul trucks and did not inspect vehicle prior to leaving. Set up online to pick up the keys for 3:30pm and arrived early only to be told it was originally cancelled. Tina called her “manager” about 3 times because she had no idea how to handle the process and gave me a vehicle without inspecting - came back to drop off and she tried to scam me of an additional $30 for gas (driven only less than 9miles) would have been less but I told her I’d return it there because she asked (next to the place I moved there was a drop of location which would have been less miles) - luckily we took our before and after photos and will be escalating with the Business Bureau. Do not get a U-Haul service from these guys - they do no care and do not know how to serve their clients with integrity or honesty. Could have dropped it off closer to my move location. where but Tina said I had to bring it back there. No prior inspection and only driven 9miles. Gas meter was fine.
