I had a reservation for 9:30 a.m. at the U-Haul location at Bow Mart in Bowness, but when I got there, the office wasn’t even open. I called U-Haul, and they transferred my reservation to another location in Bowness, where I was able to rent a van right away. But still, isn’t it pretty unacceptable for the office to be closed when I had a confirmed reservation?

Hematullah HRented a uhaul from the bowmont food store location and there was no truck available when we came to pick it up. We ended up having to go to a different location to get a truck, and the new location did not have any of the items we had rented to help with our move. Unfortunately this is the second time I have used uhaul and both times the truck hasn't been available at the original location and we had to go elsewhere. This makes a stressful day even more stressful.
