Uhaul used to walk you out and show you the rental vehicle, walk around it with you, make sure everything was ok. Now they just hand you the keys and tell you to go find the truck, inspect it for damage, if things weren't right it appears they dont care. Told them check engine light was on and flashing, which usually means something is seriously wrong with the motor or transmission. This truck took forever to switch gears and didnt have much power. Thank goodness we only had a short move from the NE in Calgary to the NW in Calgary. Would not want to drive that truck on a long move!!!!

Norma TThe 16 foot truck was good for the job I required it for. It seemed to me that it was not easy on fuel. I logged 77KMs and the fuel top up was $30.
