The store was quite busy with the single clerk trying to do UHaul work as well as store work.
Norma TThe 16 foot truck was good for the job I required it for. It seemed to me that it was not easy on fuel. I logged 77KMs and the fuel top up was $30.
Kevin GPick up was a little odd, didn't seem super well organized for it. Ended up doing it through the app as it was faster than whatever they were trying to do.
Amy DArgued with me regarding the tank level drop off. Requested I call customer service and know the ins and outs of uhaul. Very frustrating experience
