Reassigned and asked to drop truck at this location versus where I am paying for u-box storage already. Staff barely spoke English. Scammer Wanted to charge me again for the U-Haul I already paid for. Both locations needed well over 15 mins on the phone with their boss to figure anything out. What should be a fast process was clearly more in line with their culture, timewise. After a long drive and unloading, not nearly as efficient as Greenview. 3rd truck rental in a month, worst experience at both ends.

navjeet kThe best part of the experience was the employee at the Emerald Hotel. That poor girl was working three jobs, making the least amount of money, and she had a smile on her face. That's a damn good woman. She needs to be paid what she's worth, though. Truck was ok i guess. Although... Gentle ride?.... Gentle ride MY ASS. THING WAS BOUNCING ALL OVER THE PLACE ROUGH AS HELL! Id come back still.
