How U-Haul Reviews WorkSafety lock on hitch was bent, had to pry away some of the damage to allow it to engage. Everything else was fine.
Charles RI kept the rental for one day, but I was charged for five. I'm very disappointed. This isn't the first time this has happened—last time, I returned it within 24 hours and was still charged for two days.
Mohammed ZIt was used for only one day (less than 24 hours), but I was charged for two days.
Mohammed ZThe young man who helped me out on the trailer was too inexperienced. The ball mount popped off my hitch at the intersection of 32nd and Deerfoot and the chains saved the trailer. I booked at a U-Haul centre for just this reason, so next time I would not accept a transfer to a location that is a hotel first and a U-Haul agent second.
