There were no personnel there for the return as it was a stat holiday, but the online return and key dropoff went very smoothly and it was nice to have that option

The location itself is cluttered and needs a good cleaning. However the service and trailer were outstanding. The gentleman made sure the trailer was hooked up properly and helped me do a light check. He came out to give me a hand disconnecting everything when I returned which was very much appreciated. At the end of the day it was a great experience.
William VI am begging you, team, please don't ever send anyone to the location you sent me to first. The man at G P MOTORS 3515 26 ST NE CALGARY, AB T1Y7E3, (587) 943-3161 was so awful to us. His debit machine was not working, and he took a picture of my cards and license and was extremely rude. He genuinely made me feel unsafe.
