TRENT FThe truck was dirty it had empty water bottles and there was a sticky residue in the cup holders. My truck was returned the same day I put the keys in the after hours drop box and did not get checked in for return until I called to make sure it got done after receiving emails and phone call from U-Haul. Was not a great experience I have had a lot better
CHAD BThe lock was stuck when I was trying to pick up the rental. Set me back 30 minutes other then that everything was perfect
