TATWAI LThe after hours return was confusing. The U-Haul app indicated that all I needed to do was park the vehicle where indicated and drop the key in the box. But a review of the paperwork suggested that this simple approach would cost $20. I looked at the U-Haul.com, viewed the video, and then found the appropriate process to return the truck without penalty. This seems like a way for U-Haul to deceptively charge customers. So, the site was great, but the online return was confusing and possibly confusing.
DONALD CWhen we returned the truck the team at Camarillo was so polite even though we pulled up two minutes before closing. They were quick, efficient, and very professional. It was great experience.
