I rented a van for local use at $19.95 or 99 / day + $.89/ mile. I picked up the vehicle around 3:45 p.m. I assumed i had it for a 24 hour day, but the u-haul app informed me it was due to be returned at or before 9:30 p.m. on the same day I picked it up. I don't think I would have had a problem with the facility had i kept the full 24 hours, but the app concerned me enough that I rearranged my plans and returned roughly 6 hours after pick up.
