That particular truck shifted gears ;hard" in my opinion at low speeds. I brought the truck bck after closing so was unable to mention this to the franchise operator.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was told before returning the vehicle that I should fill the oil, and we did that as requested. We were also told that the $63 oil expense would be deducted from our final bill. However, when the payment was processed, the full amount was charged to our account and the $63 was not deducted. I’m disappointed because we followed the instructions given to us, but the agreed $63 deduction was not applied. I would appreciate it if this could be reviewed and corrected.

Ravinder GVery bad location. The milage was wrong on the truck. I took pictures and call right away from the lot. and the persons was very rude told me that I’m a fucking liar and wouldn’t come look Milage on my contact said 90279.5 And actually was 90297.5 Drove 9.3 km =5.779 mi Final total milage was 90303.3 i got charged for 18 miles more then I should We I returned the unit the owner of the shop was yelling and swearing. Worst experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul.
WILLIAM VReview Everything was okay overall, but the pickup experience was extremely frustrating. I was in Brantford and was told that the truck would be available for pickup there. However, when I arrived, I was told that I had to drive to Cambridge to get the truck. I had two infants with me, so having to drive an additional 40 minutes was very inconvenient and completely unexpected. I made my plans based on the information U-Haul provided, and changing the pickup location at the last minute was very disappointing. This was disrespectful to my time and situation. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone.
