I was disappointed that the furniture pads I rented were not found in the truck. Even more disappointed when I called customer service and was told that sometimes they are incapable of leaving them and since the location was closed, they couldn't help me. If that was the case, it should not have been an option available, or I should have been notified ahead of time so that I could have found some elsewhere as I was depending on those to protect my furniture while moving. I also found the mobile pick up and drop off to be very tedious and took more time than expected which put a wrench in our plans for the day.
