I Recently rented from this location and it was extremely disappointing, the person who runs it has you collect the keys for the vehicle you are renting from the drop box (he gives you the combination to the lock for the drop box), as well as collect and load the add on equipment that you opt for, i.e hand truck dolly in this case. And if that’s not enough while I was driving the truck it had a constant misfire and the check engine light came on. To be perfectly honest I should have been paid to rent from this location because I had to collect the keys. He treats customers like puppets, when you get there he has you call him and watches you on the cameras as he instructs you on what to do and how to do it.
