I went to pick up the vehicle and the process was done online. I made the payment and gave all my information, but when they gave me the code to open the key box, the system didn't give me any code. I had to call customer service to get help obtaining the code so I could use the vehicle.

Drop off was very different from pick up. I had to disconnect and place the trailer myself. The person at the counter never left the desk. Did not come and inspect the trailer even though I said there was a problem with the electrical wiring on the way back.
