JEREMY FSo let me start by saying that the truck had no issues, the location is easy and convenient. However this is the second truck in about a month we rented from here, the gentlemen was fine with talking me that I would be able to get a deal on the 2nd truck but not until the day of when my CC is run for payment. I was super grateful as the 2nd truck was a lot more expensive than the first. However the day of while picking up he said oh about that I can’t do anything, I asked but it’s not approved, meanwhile he confirmed it when we spoke he even gave me the amount of the deal. I felt like he took advantage, he knew our situation for about if state move and he wanted the order this coupled with the debacle taking the U-Haul app for moving help it was terrible. I actually need a 3rd truck but will not use this location again.
