I’ve rented from this place once before and came back because the prior rental went smoothly. Yesterday, Uhaul’s system was down. Andy, the agent, worked manually writing down information for each customer he had, in addition to taking information over the phone. This guy went above and beyond making sure people who had reservations were taken care of. I really appreciated his efforts. Great guy.

FRANCE WThis was a great location for getting a truck in the Canal/Pickerington area. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this if you need to rent.
BRIAN SThe location was dirty and the rep wasn’t friendly. He seemed to be annoyed that we showed up for the rental. I usually hire movers & this was my first and last time using U-Haul. It’s too much of a hassle and the fees are misleading.
