My reservation was for a different Columbus location. Day before was moved to Canal Winchester. BS that I have to go somewhere else to get the truck I reserved. Other than that it was fine.
John DVehicle - busted window door handle, drivers arm rest and check engine light is on.
Scott WEvery interaction we had was unpleasant. It seemed like speaking to me and answering questions was beneath them. Even after telling them my wife would be back to pick up my car within an hour, they parked a truck right in front of it and acted like they were inconvenienced to have to move it for her.
