Vern BighamAndy (the guy at the front desk to help) came to my car and banged on my window and waved me and my partner to come on . as two women we were immediately startled because a random guy who we didn’t even know worked there banged on our car window . we rolled the window down and he was like come inside and basically told us that he was ready to go home so he rushed our process even though we had selected the self serve option. he then refused my requests that i needed and selected to to try and hurry along our process and when we called him out on his rudeness he tried to gaslight me saying he was just trying to help . overall would not recommend this location to ANYONE. this is the second time i’ve booked a u-haul with this location and the same guy was extremely rude both occasions .

Debra HowardTruck didn’t run well. Had issues starting up and exhaust smell built up while idling. No lights in loading bed either made moving at night hard.

Dave MillsI placed my order online with no safe move. We picked up the U-Haul and told them to keep everything exactly the same. They added safe move…. I tried calling the location 20 times with zero answer to my call. I am tired of companies thinking they can add extra fees and surprise you on your bill. Ridiculous.

Tommie HarrisThe parking lot was dark and just felt unsafe. Returning the truck at night and having to take pictures of the vehicle at night in a dark parking lot, just made feel uneasy.
Wendy CarterDifficult to contact attendant. Had wait and call before picking up the van. Attended was pleasant and helpful once contacted. The drivers side door on van I had needed adjusted, very difficult to fully close.
Shawn Picconewe got a truck that was dirty when we got it. they parked it next to a broken pole that caused damage to the truck before we even got it. there were personal items from the last person inside the truck when we got it. the back wasn’t cleaned at all, there were fingernails everywhere. would not recommend this place to anyone. have photo proof of it all.

Aaron BoatengTLDR: Use another location. I will not be returning to this place. I have used U-Haul services multiple times in the past without issue. This office is highly unkempt and the person at the counter made us feel more like an inconvenience than a customer. I had a truck scheduled several days before pickup at 10 AM. We arrived before 10 but did not receive the truck until around 10:30. Before he handed me the keys to the truck he kept telling me how SOMEONE squeezed me in and that it was imperative that I have the truck back before 2. He repeated this two more times to the point I had to remind him I used UHAULS online booking system that had the times available and them "squeezing" me in had nothing to do with me. I rarely leave reviews but man this place was something else. The multiple sighs from this guy, the lack of courtesy and professionalism. I get it, it's U-Haul, not the Ritz Carlton but just a friendly greeting seemed like it was asking a lot.

Lance HarrisA time was not posted to return the truck. I returned the truck prior to the place opening but I did not submit the key because the online return process failed to let me do it. The owner called me when he opened upset about not having a key and wasn't parked where he wanted. I literally on my way in 5 minutes and no time of day was posted to return. Very bad communication and visual communication all around.

John PhillipsThe gentleman in the store was very nice. Explained everything and got me out the door in a few minutes. The truck was very nice. The ac worked great, the suspension was great not feel all the bumps and low noise. Only issue that i always have is that i can never upload pictures on website for drivers license and when returning truck it asked for picture. I click the button to add photo does nothing.
David DingeyTruck was extreamly dirty when picked up but was charged for a cleaning due to foot prints on the mat when returned. I'm not even sure if being charged for cleanings is in the contract. If so, he sure didn't charged the last guy. (Lol) Also, was charged for gas when the tank was full i have a screen shot of the gas gage and on the return paperwork emailed it showes a 1/4 down from full. It was said the tank was far pass full when picked up but now just on full. There was a check engine light on the entire time and the door did not shut properly. The last time I returned to this location the guy was trying to charge me for three dollies when I rented 2, returned 2, my paperwork stated 2, but somehow on his end it said 3. This time there was a dolly in the back of the truck when I didnt rent it. I better double check there wasnt a charge for that. I highly recommend not picking up or dropping off at this location. If you do, watch out this guy is going to nickle and dime you for sure. Absolutely no integrity.
Harvey WatkinsThe check-in and check-out process was a bit frustrating and time consuming. Especially the verifying part upon pickup which I didn't understand why that was necessary and could have significantly delayed us if we didn't have someone immediately available.

CRYSTAL REAMERRude, complains about the customers, complains about having to move trucks, complained when I returned the truck later in the day than he expected. Moving is hard work, the last thing we need to hear about during moving day is how he has to move his trucks around.
Randy StemenI took a picture of the dash before leaving the premises. It is a time stamped picture of mileage May 11th at 9:51am with a truck pickup May 11th at 9:47am. 54,532.0 was pictured but my receipt stated pickup mileage was 54,332.0. We did not put on 200 miles in 4 minutes. We are being charged for 428.3 miles but should only be charged for 228.3 miles, as we returned the vehicle with 54,760.3 miles.
