The check in process was normal, the rates were good and the staff was friendly. The check out application was self service as it was after hours, the application was not working properly and would not allow me to take or upload a picture in step 1 of 4. Therefore, we had to call and leave message etc. Not a huge fan of the check our self service. Otherwise, a good experience.Ed W.

The original address I was provided as my pick up location was incorrect. I spent 30minutes trying to reach Uhaul. Then on the drop off, the attendent was out of the office and it was closed during normal business hours. I spend another 30+ minutes trying to drop off the trailer. Found out after I left about photo approval and assumed he did his job and updated the photos of truck. Found out on drop off at different location that pics were old and did not show paint damage so they were marked as damage done by me. Guy stated on phone that he doesn't have time to look over every truck. Also rained and ruined my mattress topper which was on far inside of truck.Erine B.

Manager was very knowledgeable and courteous. I had reserved the wrong type of trailer for what I needed and he was helpful in identifying the issue. They did have what I needed and made the changes and got me out vert quickly. I would recommend this center .mark U.
After confirming my pickup two weeks prior, the owner called me less than 24 hours before my pickup time telling me I had move the pickup time to later in the day. I showed up less than 10 minutes early to pick up the truck and try to greet the owner, but instead of saying hi, he points to his watch and rudely tells me I'm too early. This guy is in the wrong business. The whole reason I went to this place was because of the pickup time I originally sent, but he forced me to change it with little notice and no compensation for the trouble. Horrible experience with the owner of this locationâ€”he's the opposite of a people-person.Michael O.

I had rented a truck not that long ago and it was pretty new and very nice, this particular truck had a lot of miles on it, the passenger rear tire was severely dry rotted and I was very nervous about a potential blow out on the highway. There was also an oil burning smell coming from under the hood. Ideally when I pay nearly $400 for a rental I didn't expect to be renting a truck with 126,000 miles on it. I have also been a U-Haul customer for several years and it seems like you have fees for every thing any more. I was disappointed to hear I could potentially be charged an additional $30 for returning on a day this location was closed on, if I did not complete return online. It is not the customer's responsibility to create the hours a business is opened or closed.jeremy L.
The gentleman that processed the rental contract was more concerned with the fact that the vehicle we were towing needed transmission work (as he did that work as well). The safety hook was missing the closure but was told it would be okay don't worry. He also stated that we could return our vehicle at any location and that it wasn't due back until Monday. The original pick up location was 3 miles away and we were called to say they didn't have the trailer and we would need to make a short trip down the road to another location. This location was 45 minutes of highway driving away and in the opposite direction we were traveling. So that change alone cost us 2 hours plus the gas. Then when we finally had the trailer we got it home and drove to our most convenient location only to be told that we were misinformed. So have our wrong direction to drive an hour north! This now wasted 2 hours after a long day. He also told us that we just needed to pull in and drop the contract in the box. Had we done this we would have gotten a wrong drop off feeMichele A.

I was slated to pick up a Uhaul at one locationÂ 3500 S. Sheridan inTulsa.Â Â I went earlier by a couple of days to make sure I knew where to go.Â I spoke with a staff member and they confirmed I was at the right location.Â I returned on my moving day to pick up the vehicle and trailer only to find out that it not the Sheridan location.Â They sent us to a location that did not exist.Â We called the main number fo Uhaul.Â We were told to go to another location.Â Once we arrived we saw a truck but not the car tow.Â We were then told we needed to go to the Memorial location and pick up the trailer.Â This was never communicatedÂ to us from the National nor anyone one in person until we were told by the place we picked up the car towing trailer.My experienceÂ was not the greatest.Â It set us behind schedule with moving.Â Moving is already stressful and strenuousÂ but this addedÂ situation made it quite a bit moreÂ complicated. Uhaul cancelled my reservation. Had to have it re input, which delayed pickup by 30 mins. The clerk wasn't at the desk and wasn't answering his ship phone where myself and another guy waited for almost 20 mins for him to show up. He seemed flustered by little things and was snippy at both customers and the uhaul customer service people when he called to get things fixed. I have rented a lot of moving trucks...this was hands down the worst and most unprofessional experience I've hadCASEY S.

I have always had a problem with the person that runs this establishment. He is rude, does not speak to customers respectfully and for smart with me for Bri bing a truck back late when I received it late.Brialle M.
When I rented the truck I purposely did it online so I wouldnt have to be in contact with rental manager because of virus. When I got there was some confusion about what truck I was getting. I had to go inside and redue everything over in person because the original truck I was suppose to get was not back in time. I wore a mask and gloves but manager didnt. I was a little weiry about going inside. It was a small space. I think managers should have to wear masks if dealing with customers in person. When I brought truck back I didnt to come in contact with anyone. I did it online. I hope something is done about this situation. He could of been a carrier of this virus and not knowing this.
