This had nothing to do with Grease Monkey. They were trying to clean up the mess made by the U-Haul company. I was suppose to pick my truck up at Faler Feed Mill according to the reservation on the app. They did not have the truck and U-Haul did not change the location. Then, I was sent to Grease Monkey to a get a smaller truck than I had reserved. This was another 50 minute process. We were two hours late starting our move. I will never rent another moving truck from U-Haul.
