All I did was drop off the truck. I did speak with the staff on the phone and they were very helpful.
DWAYNE CActually call the customer when you say you are going to call them. I disagreed with the final charge because when I picked up my rental I had reserved a dozen of the furniture pads. Those weren’t there. I disagreed with the final charge and was told that I would receive a call the next business day… Nope I was charged for the dozen pads plus an $8 missing equipment fee even when I provided photo evidence of the pads missing the day I picked up the rental and the day I dropped it off. So convenience is nice but hopefully by writing this review I will finally get someone from U-Haul to contact me to remedy the false charges as I did not receive the product I signed up for.
NATHANIEL VAgain this is not their main business. It is a quick oil change business. They took my key and said they would check it in when they had time. I left the truck at the location just before noon, and they checked it in after 2:30pm. I’ve dropped off here before and because they just took the keys and checked it in later, they said I didn’t fill the tank up to level it was supposed to be. However, I was certain I did. Unfortunately, that time I did not take a picture of the fuel gauge. This time I did. The only reason why I have used this location is its proximity to our location in the Canal Winchester, OH area.
