Took over an hour to get the van. I sent my authorized driver to pick it up. The system was down per this location. Could not check out. Tried to check out online since I was not at the location. I cannot do it. They kept trying to send my authorized user a link he never got it. call the one 800 number got nowhere with them. They sent me a text with the scheduling managers phone number spoke to her. Somehow they got it checked out she promised me to credit me up to 100 miles instead of the 30 when I checked it in the hall yesterday, the hundred miles were not there when I called the one 800 number again yesterday nobody could help me. I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for somebody to call me back to see what is going on.
