The issues that were caused by the negligent and unresponsive staff caused huge headaches when I returned the truck a state over. Inaccurate truck information relative to miles and gas levels ultimately caused two hours of waiting at another U-Haul location to fix. Don’t use this location unless you are really in a pinch.
MICHAEL KVehicles were parked in tall grassy areas, not clean on the inside and after a few hours of driving the truck started to malfunction and shake really bad.
MICHAEL FI didn't realize until I got the truck home that it had a lock on it and the phone number at the rental location went to voicemail and the mailbox was full.
