FIRE the owner MACK! SO I set up my appointment a week early and spoke to "Mack" on the phone who claimed to own 5 U-Haul rental services. Mack was able to assist me with my reservation on the phone and told me there was no need to go online to do so since he would be entering it for me. I took him for his word, my mistake. In the next few days I noticed I did not receive a confirmation of my rentals (Truck and trailer) so I called Mack to ask. Mack told me I was in the system, he specifically said "trust me you have your reservation, your in the system" and I knew he was telling half the truth because he had my email address and phone number from looking me up and I am an avid UHAUL renter so I know I'm in the system. I tell Mack I also needed to confirm the location I had asked for the equipment to be at. Mack told me he was busy and would have to call me back with that information, he also told me I had called his cell phone number?? I told Mack I did not know this, I was using the number I got off the U-Haul site? Mack told me he owned 5 stores and he assured me the reservation was good. Anyway the day before the move I called Mack again because I am driving to NC from GA and I needed to know my reservation took. Mack wont answer, voicemail full so I am on the way now and the day of the move I go to the location (got off the address off the website not from MACK) I needed to the equipment at and its not there. The lady inside told me oh! Your dealing with Mack, he has many stores. I told her what I needed and she did not have it, she did however know how to get in touch with Mack. I told her I had been trying to call but he does not answer. She told me he had changed his cell phone number and she would call him. I ended up having to drive 20 miles in the opposite direction to get the truck and trailer I reserved. Mack was right about one thing, he did have it there for me but good grief what a pain! Had there been someplace closer I would have rented it but as it turned out I guess Mack and his 5 stores are the only ones around that location so I was stuck. The lady at the new pick up office was very nice and helpful and I give her all the credit because she was the one who helped me enter everything and check out, Mack did not put any of my information in the system nor did he "officially" have me down for a reservation. The lady told me had someone else came to rent the equipment it would have not been there for me? I was lucky!

Eric BTerrible. The best thing to do would be to close this location. It’s terrible. The lady at the counter did not know at all what was happening. There was no Wi-Fi. I had to call up UHaul and spend 15 minutes on the phone to get approval. it was an embarrassment. The lady did not know how to operate the trailer or anything.
