Internet was down took 2 hours to get a truck, then when we finally got the truck number it had trash in the back so had to call to get a different truck. Reserved the truck and it reserved for 2 days but only used 6 hours. The final bill did not adjust the day so I paid for 2 day rental for 6 hours.

Awful, lights didnt work on trailer and it was hell trying to get a different one. No one knew what they were doing. Put us an hour behind schedule and had to call 2 customer service reps and talk to a regional manager to get it done. When we returned the trailer. We were 15 min late and the girl in charge at the location accused us of being over an hour late and needing to pay an additional late fee.
Sarah CI had originally scheduled a pick up in Weaverville at the Browntown location. At the last minute they closed and the reservation was sent to Candler, 45 minutes away. Browntown would not answer. All I got was a text from haul saying it was moved. Then later in the week I tried to call them to see if I could drop off at Browntown in Weaverville. Still no answer. I finally got someone at uhaul who helped me find a place closer than Candler. Overall, I did not appreciate the lack of communication, with no say in where I could pick up the trailer.
First BI would advise you to have the supervisor for the Asheville area to make a secret shopper visit. It is filthy the staff could care less about customer service equipment is kept in a dirty rundown area outside where it was wet truck was filthy also. This place is definitely not up to U-Haul standards. Also locking gas caps should be available. We had out gas siphoned out and got up ready to go with an empty gas tank. The staff in Houston was fabulous. She was helpful empathetic to our situation and found our list house keys.
