Terrible. The best thing to do would be to close this location. It’s terrible. The lady at the counter did not know at all what was happening. There was no Wi-Fi. I had to call up UHaul and spend 15 minutes on the phone to get approval. it was an embarrassment. The lady did not know how to operate the trailer or anything.

Luis AThis location really needs some extra help. One person was running the store the gas pumps and trying to help us check in all at tbe same time. She did her best, but a busy spot more than one person can handle
Dennis RInternet was down took 2 hours to get a truck, then when we finally got the truck number it had trash in the back so had to call to get a different truck. Reserved the truck and it reserved for 2 days but only used 6 hours. The final bill did not adjust the day so I paid for 2 day rental for 6 hours.
Greg CAwful, lights didnt work on trailer and it was hell trying to get a different one. No one knew what they were doing. Put us an hour behind schedule and had to call 2 customer service reps and talk to a regional manager to get it done. When we returned the trailer. We were 15 min late and the girl in charge at the location accused us of being over an hour late and needing to pay an additional late fee.
