The van did not seem clean at all the windows were so dirty at night i could barley see out really disappointed. I’m not expecting show room clean but good enough that it’s not a safety issue

MARIA AI left an important item a little ticket on the dashboard. I went back five minutes later after checking out and was told I’d have to come back in the morning because they couldn’t access the key to the lock box.
