Matias AAlthough everyone I spoke to at U-Haul on the phone was well informed and polite, this 3rd party location has no business renting out U-Haul vehicles. They do not have the man power, they do not have any system in place to be prepared for pick up and drop off. It's total chaos when it comes to processing the U-Haul rental. Even though I had completed a pre-check-in online the day before I picked up my renal, it took me almost 4o minutes from the time off arrival to when I actually drove away with the vehicle, even thought the vehicle was there waiting for me. Once I picked it up I noticed the air-pressure monitor was on and the inside of the truck bed was filthy. There wasn't anything in it, but it was clear that it had not been swept or cleaned in months, maybe longer. When I dropped of the vehicle, there was a shift change and the person I dropped off to had no way of knowing that I had even rented the vehicle from that location just 6 hours earlier. He seemed surprised that I had even picked up the vehicle from there just hours before. He then wanted me to move the truck after I had parked in the exact spot where I had picked it up, and was told to park it there upon return. I did not move the truck despite his request. This gas stations is simply not equipped to be a third party vendor, there is no system in place for tracking vehicle, no training, and frankly no desire to rent out vehicles from the staff that is present.

Terry CDifficult to park in the lot . 10’ truck was described to have a ramp but did not have one. App was great to use except for the photos portion which was confusing and required me to contact customer service. Air conditioning is strong. Rear camera could be better.
