How U-Haul Reviews WorkUHaul called me b4 my reservation to advise they moved it to a gas station because my location didn't have a 15 foot truck. I told the woman id go back in the app and request a 10 ft and keep my original location. She told me No you will go to the new location its only 1 mile away. I get there and the gas station attendant called UHaul and they said " she doesnt have a reservation for the 26 its the 27th. I had an email and the app proving it was 26 not 27. Next i was asked if wanted insurance I said $15 insurance and the gas attendant confirmed $15. But i was charged $30. The vehicle was filthy dirty. Spilled coffee all over and dirty floors AND my hand cart was nowhere to be found. NO hand cart. The gas station attendant was extremely nice and patient but i was overcharged and i will not come back
Sue RI did order a flat dolly and a regular dolly and they were not in the vehicle. I was told it wasn’t ordered, but I clearly did order them. Otherwise, everything was great.
Lynn VWhile the location was good for me, and the vehicle was clean and in good condition, the person who I received the vehicle from at the gas station was relatively rude, threatening and unfriendly. The person I dealt with on the phone, (Uhaul representative), was great. But the guy at the gas station that I received the Uhaul vehicle from was not very nice.
ROBERT WThe people setting up the reservation were amazing! Very flexible, and helpful. also I had a U-Haul online app issue, and they helped with that. 👍 Great place.
